72" x 78" Sheet Set includes the fitted bottom sheet, 2 pillowcases and a flat top sheet, all matching, of course.

Our 100% Cotton Flannel Sheets Are SOOO soft! There can be some pilling over time but this is to be expected. Wash in cool water and dry cool. Please do not iron. For the price, these are VERY good sheets.

FLANNEL:A FEW WORDS: Our flannel fabric is imported from Portugal and sewn in the USA. It is 100% cotton and is rated 4.3 ounces for square yard, which is pretty nice. You can expect about 2% shrinkage, even if washed correctly in cool water. If you wash or dry in hot, you may be manufacturing a new handkerchief. We cut the sheets to account for the 2%. Additional washing instructions include avoid fabric softener, wash separately and you may wish to do the vinegar thing. Add 1 cup of white vinegar to the first wash to help set colors.

RETURN INFORMATION: Please note that YOU are responsible for providing us with the correct size information. WE are building this custom product specifically to your size dimensions so if you wish to return the sheets OR cancel an order once submitted, there will be a 50% re-stocking charge plus the cost of shipping. Any returns must be unused in original packaging.
