This First Class recliner by Lane is not categorized as a big man recliner because the seat is four inches less wide then the big man recliner. However, almost all of the other dimensions are fairly similar to the Lane big man recliners. This is a slightly scaled down version. All of the extra heavy duty features are included in this recliner such as a heavy duty mechanism of 7 gauge steel, upper end drop in coil seating like an innerspring mattress, an all steel base, and high resiliency foam seat cushions.
