The Kings and Queens Courses were designed by the first man to win five Open Championships, James Braid. The Kings Course opened in 1919 and is considered a masterpiece that tests even the best players shot-making skills. Venue of the 2014 Ryder Cup, The PGA Centenary Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus is a modern classic.
