About Us:

Welcome to FineWebStores.com. We are a family business with old fashioned values. We believe in customer satisfaction and the golden rule: do unto others as you would have others do unto you. Our roots stretch back a full twenty-five years here in Athens, Ohio. Originally a waterbed store, our business soon grew to include innerspring mattresses and then finally we became a full service furniture store.

About five years ago we started an online store called AccentFurniture.com which sold just about anything for your home. Several other websites were started along with way to compliment AccentFurniture.com, such as BeanBagChairs.com. We recently decided to start an umbrella website, FineWebStores.com, to handle the business end of our various websites such as credit card billing, etc.

We still operate several brick and mortar furniture stores. Our flagship store is Sofa & Mattress Outlet, located at 606 E. State Street. We are just down the street from Ohio University. Come visit!

Our mascot, Jegs, is a white female German Shepherd. She is just over a year old. Jegs loves to fetch, catch crickets and wrestle. We hope to breed her in the future. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. We charge your card at the time of order. If for some reason your order cannot be filled, a prompt refund will be issued.


We generally ship via FEDEX , UPS Ground, or USPS to the continental US. Certain smaller items can also be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, and Canada. There are additional fees associated with AK, HI, and Canada, and not all items are able to be shipped there. If you have questions about shipping availability to certain locations please call us 740-593-5000. If you order an item to be shipped to a location that is not available we will contact you via email or phone.

For extra large and heavy items we generally ship via RLCarriers and you may track your items in their system with the pro number. It will be a Curbside Freight Delivery, so you will need help getting the items off the truck and inside of your house. Your local agent will contact you via telephone to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Due to the volatility of and constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock or discontinued when your order is processed. If this should be the case, you will be notified within one or two business day that we will not be able to ship the item(s).

When ordering large furniture items please note that we provide detailed size descriptions of each item. We cannot be held responsible for furniture that will not fit into your home due to small entrances. Please measure your entrances before ordering. Returns due to small entrances will incur responsibility for all shipping costs and our re-stock fee.

Shipping Time:

Many products are ready to ship today. Some items we have to wait a week or two to have manufactured. Most products detail specific shipping times in the product description. Large items, delivered via freight usually take longer to ship than standard ground service depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by your local carrier. Contact us to get a return authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

  1. Many of our items are custom made for you. These items may have a different return policy listed in the product description. A 50% re-stock fee will apply to custom items. This is non-negotiable, so please be sure of your measurements before ordering.
  2. You must initiate the return of the item(s) within 30 days of our ship date.
  3. We must receive the item(s) within 40 days of our ship date.
  4. Items received after these time periods will NOT be accepted for return.
  5. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. When we receive your item we will refund your account less a 20% restocking fee of the item price.
  7. The shipping charged when you placed your order is non-refundable.
  8. To qualify as a return, all items must be shipped back in original containers and in original (new) condition.
  9. Once an item ships you are responsible for ALL shipping costs.

Damaged Merchandise:

If you received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at (740) 593-5000 or email us in the same time frame.

Damaged merchandise must be taken care of in a timely fashion. We reserve the right to send parts when available (glass, legs, etc...)

Once an item ships you are responsible for ALL (both ways) shipping costs.


We warrant our merchandise to be free from manufacturers defects for a period of ninety days from receipt. Problem? Contact us.

We Reserve the Right To:

  1. Correct any pricing or other error and not be held liable to ship or sell an item if we decide a mistake has been made.
  2. Restrict the quantity of any item ordered.
  3. Refuse service to anyone.
