Bed Frame For Split Queen Box Spring or Split Queen Foundation For Headboard and Foot Board
This bed frame is manufactured for us by a leading bed frame manufacturer. It is not your normal bed frame. This is an awesome heavy duty metal bed frame. It weighs a heavy 39 pounds. The metal of this frame is actually high quality recycled historic railroad track from the United States. This frame is FULLY made in the USA.
Split Queen Box Spring size metal bed frame, heavy duty with 6 large platforms legs. This frame includes a VERY wide and heavy duty support which runs down the center of the frame and accommodates 2 of the platforms. This frame comes with brackets at the head of the bed and the foot of the bed. It is often called a brass bed frame because it is often used for metal headboard/foot boards. The bolts for the headboard/foot board are not included because different headboards take different size bolts.
The platform legs of this frame are individually adjustable for height. With the platform legs screwed all of the way in, the frame will elevate the box spring approximately 6 1/4" off of the ground. With the adjustable platforms full extended, it will elevate the box spring as much as 8 1/2 inches off of the ground.
The standard Split Queen Box Spring is approximately 60" x 80".
