Cancellation of an order is generally impossible as we start sewing ASAP. We can only accept returns within 30 days of order, a 50% re-stock fee will apply, and the cushions must be in original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.

Great cushions!
I have had my glider and ottoman for many years and still love it but the cushions were very worn and beyond cleaning. I love the cushions that were made for me by FineWebStores.com. They fit my chair well, are very comfortable, well made and look great. I was able to get microfiber material, which was not available when I purchased the glider. They have made by chair and ottoman look brand new again. My only suggestion is to listen to them when they say to measure the chair accurately before ordering. I was very careful in my measurements and the cushions are a perfect fit.

New cushions for an old glider
My glider was 20+ years old and its cushions were the wrong color for our new home. I started to try and find an upholsterer. Instead, I took a stab at finding something online. The color and fit is perfect! Couldn't be happier with it.
