Smart Base headboard adapter kit. Because the Smart Base sits higher off of the ground then a conventional metal bed frame, if you want to attach a headboard to the frame you will need an adapter kit. The kit comes with two brackets as shown. You will need a screw driver and adjustable pliers to attach the bracket to your frame and the bracket to your headboard. Includes instructions.
If you would also like to add a foot board, you will need a second set of the same brackets which will allow you at add a foot board.
All size Smart Bases take the same exact bracket kits.
