About Us:Welcome to FineWebStores.com. We are a family business with old fashioned values. We believe in customer satisfaction and the golden rule: do unto others as you would have others do unto you. Our roots stretch back a full twenty-eight years here in Athens, Ohio. Originally a waterbed store, our business soon grew to include innerspring mattresses and then finally we became a full service furniture store. About 12 years ago we started an online store called AccentFurniture.com which sold just about anything for your home. Several other websites were started along with way to compliment AccentFurniture.com, such as BeanBagChairs.com. We recently decided to start an umbrella website, FineWebStores.com, to handle the business end of our various websites such as credit card billing, etc. We still operate several brick and mortar furniture stores. Our flagship store is Sofa & Mattress Outlet, located at 606 E. State Street. We are just down the street from Ohio University. Come visit! Our mascot, Jegs, is a white female German Shepherd. Jegs loves to fetch, catch crickets and wrestle. We hope to breed her in the future. She has been part of the family since she was five and one half weeks old. If for some reason your order cannot be filled, a prompt refund will be issued. Shipping:We generally ship via FEDEX , UPS Ground, or USPS to the continental US. Certain smaller items can also be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, and Canada. There are additional fees associated with AK, HI, and Canada, and not all items are able to be shipped there. If you have questions about shipping availability to certain locations please call us 740-593-5000. If you order an item to be shipped to a location that is not available we will contact you via email or phone. For extra large and heavy items we generally ship via RLCarriers , or one of many freight carriers. We will email you the tracking info and you may track your items in their system with the pro number. It will be a Curbside Freight Delivery, so you will need help getting the items off the truck and inside of your house. A local representative will contact you via telephone to arrange a convenient delivery time. Due to the volatility of and constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock or discontinued when your order is processed. If this should be the case, you will be notified within one or two business day(s) that we will not be able to ship the item(s). When ordering large furniture items please note that we provide detailed size descriptions of each item. We cannot be held responsible for furniture that will not fit into your home due to small entrances. Please measure your entrances before ordering. Returns due to small entrances will incur responsibility for all shipping costs and our re-stock fee. In some cases the shipping charges calculated by the site are not sufficient to cover the actual shipping costs. If this is the case you will be contacted and given the option to cancel your order, or to pay additional shipping charges. Some items we have to wait a week or two to have manufactured. Most products detail specific shipping times in the product description. Large items, delivered via freight usually take longer to ship than standard ground service depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by your local carrier. Please read the item description as each individual item could have different transit times. Ship to:FineWebStores.com Damaged Merchandise:If you received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at (740) 593-5000 or email us in the same time frame. Damaged merchandise must be taken care of in a timely fashion. We reserve the right to send parts when available (glass, legs, etc...) If you receive a damaged Freight/Truck shipment it MUST be marked as such on the paperwork from the freight company before you sign for it. We will need a copy of the damages to file a claim.
